However, it’s important to note that once a product has been opened or used, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place to ensure that our customers receive only new and unopened products, and to maintain our commitment to health and hygiene standards.

Please be aware that Ajooni Ayurved cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to a product after delivery. We take great care to ensure that our products are delivered in excellent condition

If you experience any issues with the quality of a product, please contact us immediately. We are happy to exchange any products that do not meet our quality standards. To request an exchange, simply call or email us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Our exchange policy is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • We will only accept returns or exchange of products that are in a saleable condition, which means that the products are returned with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition.
  • Returns and exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Ajooni Ayurved. We reserve the right to reject a return or exchange request if the product is found to be damaged due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund value of your order.
  • Once your return or refund request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
  • No refund shall be made once goods are sold. We will only exchange the product if there is a quality issue.
  • Shipping charges incurred on Free Trials are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

At our store, we have a no refund policy. However, we understand that certain situations may arise where a return or exchange is necessary. Therefore, we have the following conditions in place for eligible products:

  • An item may be eligible for return within 3 days from the date of product delivery if it fulfils any of the following conditions:
    • The product was sold in a physically damaged condition.
    • The product has missing parts or accessories.

Please note that products returned must be in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached, and must not show any signs of use or damage.

Also, keep in mind that certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange due to health and hygiene reasons, such as cosmetics, personal care products, etc.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange request if the product does not meet the above conditions or if the request is made beyond the stipulated time frame.

Cancellation Policy

As a small MSME company, our focus is on providing high-quality products and timely delivery to our customers. Due to our limited bandwidth, we are unable to support changes to orders once they have been placed.

We strongly recommend that our customers carefully review the product listing before making a purchase. If you believe you have ordered the wrong item, we regret to inform you that Ajooni Ayurved will not be able to change the order, product, or initiate any return or refund.

International Shipping

We at Ajooni Ayurved, understand the importance of customs clearance when it comes to international shipments. We would like to inform our customers that custom clearance is the sole responsibility of the customer in the event that the shipment gets stuck in the customer’s country’s customs.

We urge our customers to be aware of their country’s regulations regarding the importation of products and to ensure that they only order products that their country allows them to procure.

As a seller, we are committed to shipping all products within the stipulated time frame. However, we cannot offer refunds or replacements for partial or whole shipments if the shipment or product(s) are not allowed in the customer’s country.

In the event that a shipment gets stuck in the customer’s country’s customs or is returned back from the customer’s country due to any reason, we will not be responsible for return, refund, or replacement.
